How referring works.

How do I refer someone?
Browse the open roles on Hirezimo and find one that fits someone in your network. Share your unique referral link with them. They apply through the link themselves — you just made the introduction.
Can I refer someone I do not know personally?
No. Hirezimo is built on trust. You should only refer people you know personally or professionally. Every profile you refer contributes to your confidence score — the higher your score, the more likely your referrals convert into hires and rewards.
Will the company know I referred someone?
Your identity is kept completely discreet throughout the process. The company sees the candidate — not who sent them.
When and how do I get paid?
Once the company confirms a successful hire and the cool-off period has passed, your reward is processed within 120 days of the candidate joining. Payment goes directly to your account.
What is the cool-off period?
The cool-off period is a protection we offer companies — if a hired candidate leaves within this window, the company is not charged. It keeps the ecosystem honest and ensures rewards are tied to hires that actually stick.
Do I get paid if my referral leaves during the cool-off period?
Unfortunately not. If a candidate exits within the cool-off period, the company does not pay and the reward does not get processed. We know that is disappointing, but it is what makes Hirezimo fair for everyone.
How do I know if the profile I shared is a duplicate?
We notify you within 7 days if a conflict is detected. If you do not hear from us within that window, your referral is confirmed as non-duplicate and the credit is yours.
What if someone refers the same candidate after I already have?
First referrer wins — always. Once you refer a candidate, that referral belongs to you for 90 days. Any subsequent submission of the same profile is automatically rejected as a duplicate and your credit is protected.

How hiring works.

Why should we use Hirezimo over a job portal or agency?
Job portals reach candidates who are actively looking. Hirezimo reaches the ones who are not — the passive, high-quality professionals who only move for the right opportunity and the right introduction. If you are hiring for a critical or niche role, those are exactly the people you need.
What should we set as the referral reward amount?
We recommend 5–10% of the annual CTC for the role. Our beta testing shows this range is the sweet spot — meaningful enough to motivate referrers to think hard about who they recommend, without inflating your cost-per-hire.
How is the reward split?
The reward is split 50/50 between the referrer and Hirezimo. You pay one amount — we handle the distribution.
How do we know the candidate actually wants to be contacted?
Unlike sourcing tools where candidates are approached without warning, on Hirezimo the referrer shares the role with the candidate and the candidate applies themselves through a unique link. Their application is their consent. You never reach out cold.
